If you think that the print on your tee is messed up for whatever reason or if you received a tee that you did not order, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) right away with photo evidence. With us using a printing company 90% of the time, sometimes the printing warehouse can mess up a print, and if this is the case we would absolutely send you out a replacement.
We use a Printing Company because we are digital nomads and currently do not have a big enough home base to print our own tees. We did screen print for the longest time using eco-friendly inks and tees as well, but this transition is because we have started a lifestyle and it is more efficient for everyone. We use DTG (Direct to Garmet) printing methods!
YES! Direct To Garment print means that our design is just printed directly onto our tees. DTG is also very good at printing images with lots of colors, shades and tones. DTG inks are water based so eco-friendly, which means they're very suitable for baby's, children's and adult's clothing, because there are no chemicals!
With our Printing technology, the shirt must be sprayed with a natural, safe, non-toxic solution to ensure color vibrance and durability of the design. Don't worry though! It is harmless and will vanish after the first wash.
The best way to find out what is stocking next by following us on Instagram or signing up for our newsletter. Most of the time we keep everything in stock besides our PreOrder Items. There are a few designs/items that have permanently been discontinued due to printing processes, and other creative roadblocks.
Most orders ship in 3-10 business days. The only exception to this is our PreOrders, which will have a turnaround time of approximately 3-4 weeks.
We ship using USPS, and their turn around time is approximately 3-5 business days after shipment.

This is because Direct Messages disappear and honestly don't load half the time, so we are not able to efficiently and effectively answer your questions through them.
We currently do not accept any Returns, Refunds or Exchanges unless there is email communication stating otherwise by our Support Team. Unless there is an error on our part, (IE: Messed up Print, Product defect, etc) we're not responsible for any exchanges or refunds.
At this time we currently do not accept custom orders.
We currently do not have a brand rep or brand affiliate program. If you see someone "brand repping" for us, we most likely approached them. Please do not send us DMs through Instagram asking for free product as a "Rep".
